From as early as high school, Ronnie has always enjoyed reading ‘out” loud during English lessons, unprepared speeches and actively participated in activities such as the UN debate. This is how he unearthed his talent for public speaking and languages. This was reinforced at varsity where he was asked to MC events and conferences for the social club he had joined whilst completing his studies at Wits University. This developed throughout his corporate career as he continued to hone his skill for public speaking and presenting corporate reports to decision-makers; facilitating executive leadership programmes and being asked to MC various work functions. Some of the high-level events and corporate awards ceremonies he hosted attracted more than 500 delegates, decision-makers in both public and private sectors, former heads of state and seasoned entrepreneurs.

As a certified DDI Facilitator, Ronnie has been able to apply the ability to deliver impactful, engaging and insightful messaging both on the leadership classroom floor and the podium. He has been part of several panels and delivered talks on a variety of topics. His passion for the development and betterment of others inspires him to impart his knowledge and experiences, in particular his core interests are in corporate governance, operations, strategy, human resources, in particular talent management and career development. Over the years he has developed a passion for assisting Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in understanding the practicalities around establishing a new venture.

During the COVID-19 hard lock down, Ronnie found a new passion in Broadcasting and had the opportunity to anchor three different shows on Rainbow FM 90.7. Broadcasting to approximately over 100k listeners a week, he really cut his teeth on this platform and built a solid listenership over a shot period. Currently he conceptualised, produces and presents Sunday morning breakfast show on Kofifi FM 97.2 called The Rhythm of Praise, which focuses on a mix of local and international music, hosts movers and shakers in the art and entertainment space and a run down of the top 5 trending tracks for the week.
